Salesman - PKR 45,000/- Fixed (No Commission)

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and capable Salesman to support the launch and day-to-day operations of our new factory outlet. Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in retail, apparel, or consumer goods sales are encouraged to apply.

Salary: PKR 45,000/- Fixed (No Commission)

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome walk-in customers and assist them in selecting suitable products.
• Maintain excellent store presentation, displays, shelves, and cleanliness standards.
• Handle billing, POS operations, receipts, and daily cash reconciliation accurately.
• Maintain sales records and assist with stock/inventory management.
• Develop strong product knowledge to guide customers effectively.
• Achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
• Follow company policies and maintain high customer service standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of sales or retail experience.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Presentable personality with punctual work habits.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems.
• Positive attitude with strong teamwork skills.

Alternate Compensation Option:

Candidates interested in a Commission + Salary structure may be offered PKR 25,000 to 35,000 + Commission, based on experience and performance.
