Salesman / Sales Associate – Footwear Outlet
Job Type: Full-Time (10 Hours Shift 12PM-10PM)

Job Summary

Khazanay is expanding and opening a new outlet in Lahore. We are looking for experienced and customer-focused Sales Staff with prior experience in the footwear retail industry. The ideal candidate should have strong selling skills, product knowledge of shoes, and the ability to deliver excellent in-store customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally
• Guide customers in selecting footwear based on size, comfort, and style
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintain product display, cleanliness, and outlet presentation standards
• Manage stock availability and coordinate with inventory team
• Handle billing process and basic POS operations
• Resolve customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Support overall outlet operations and teamwork

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a footwear or shoe retail outlet (mandatory)
• Strong communication and selling skills
• Good understanding of different types of shoes and customer preferences
• Presentable personality and professional behavior
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and peak hours
• Target-driven and customer-oriented mindset

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with POS systems
• Ability to handle high footfall and fast-paced retail environment
• Teamwork and basic stock handling knowledge
