Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated, well-groomed, and customer-oriented Salesman for our Tuck Shop located at Total Petrol Pump. The ideal candidate must have excellent sales and communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to manage daily shop operations efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.

This position requires an energetic individual who can handle cash transactions, maintain product display, assist in stock management, and uphold the company’s service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet and serve customers politely and efficiently.

· Promote and sell products according to company policies.

· Maintain proper product display, stock rotation, and cleanliness of the shop.

· Handle customer billing and cash transactions accurately.

· Assist in maintaining daily sales and inventory records.

· Ensure excellent customer service and resolve minor customer concerns promptly.

· Follow company SOPs, hygiene, and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

· Minimum Qualification: Matric or Intermediate.

· Experience: 1–2 years of experience in retail sales or tuck shop operations (fuel station experience preferred).

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Smart appearance with good personal hygiene.

· Honest, punctual, and hardworking.

· Ability to work independently and handle multiple customers at a time.
