About the Company:

Go Studios Group is a creative advertising and influencer marketing agency founded in 2022 and headquartered in Kuwait. We specialize in developing influencer-led marketing campaigns tailored for brands across the Gulf region. As we expand into the Dubai market, we're building a dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about marketing, creativity, and digital media.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience in influencer marketing and digital sales
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
• Familiarity with key social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and clients
• Hands-on experience with influencer platforms (e.g., Hype Auditor, Influence) and CRM tools
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Highly organized, target-driven, and able to work under pressure

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with relevant influencers and bloggers for campaigns
• Negotiate pricing, deliverables, and timelines with influencers
• Plan, execute, and monitor influencer marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative/content) to align messaging
• Track campaign performance and generate detailed reports
• Build long-term relationships with influencers and clients
• Support the business development team in generating leads and closing deals
