Sales/Marketing

Sales and Marketing professional drives revenue growth by developing and implementing strategic campaigns, identifying market trends, and building client relationships. Key responsibilities include creating marketing collateral, managing sales funnels, setting performance KPIs, and analyzing campaign ROI, ultimately boosting brand awareness and product profitability.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute marketing plans, advertising campaigns, and sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Market Analysis: Research industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities.
  • Sales Execution: Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Marketing Operations: Coordinate promotional materials, social media, digital content, and public relations efforts.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track sales performance, monitor KPIs, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns to senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in both sales and marketing roles.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), MS Office, and digital marketing tools.
