Sales/Marketing Executive

Bandung, Indonesia

  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations of lighting and home automation systems to clients, architects, interior designers, and developers.
  • Understand clients’ requirements and propose customized solutions from our product range.
  • Develop leads via cold calling, follow-ups, referrals, and networking.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical specifications for clients.
  • Coordinate with clients, design teams, and electricians/contractors during site visits to ensure smooth execution.
  • Visit project sites as needed to assess requirements, supervise installations, and address queries or issues.
  • Maintain and manage client database (CRM), update leads, follow-ups, and track sales pipeline.
  • Meet or exceed monthly / quarterly sales / business targets.
  • Generate new business opportunities and convert them into orders.
  • Assist in marketing and promotional activities (catalogues, product displays, digital media) to raise awareness of product lines.
  • Gather market intelligence—observe competitor products, pricing, trends—and report to management with suggestions.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support and follow up to ensure client satisfaction and generate repeat business.
  • Attend internal training sessions and product workshops to continually improve technical and sales knowledge. ** Even if you do not have prior experience in lighting or home automation, if you are smart, convincing, have good spoken English (and Hindi & Odia), good written skills, you should apply—prior training will be provided. Beside fixed monthly salary, incentives will be provided to employees based on their performance and business generated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Khandagiri, Bhubaneswar, Orissa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
