Role Overview:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Intern to join our growing team. This role is target-based, where you’ll learn how to generate leads, pitch marketing services, and close deals — all while gaining hands-on experience in the digital marketing world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with potential clients via calls, emails, and social media.
• Pitch Creativephy’s digital marketing services to prospective clients.
• Assist in planning and executing sales strategies to achieve monthly targets.
• Generate leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns for client acquisition.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Track and report sales activities and progress.

Requirements:

• Strong interest in sales, marketing, and client communication.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence in pitching and convincing potential clients.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing (social media, ads, SEO, etc.) is a plus.
• Ability to meet monthly targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
