Sales/Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team at Rigs 4 Less. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, developing leads, and driving business growth. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in sales and marketing; including Facebook, Craigslist, eBay, websites, attachments, parts, accessories, and inventory management.

Duties:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and target markets
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs
- Negotiate/close deals with customers
- Brainstorm ideas to develop marketing campaigns and promotional materials
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, account management, marketing, and/or inventory management
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM software
- Sales, marketing, and inventory management experience is a plus
