What is Green Hill Therapy:

Green Hill Therapy is an outpatient therapy clinic, located on an 11-acre farm that provides occupational, physical and speech therapy services to children with special needs. Therapy sessions combine a highly specialized treatment approach known as Hippotherapy with more traditionally clinic-based therapy. Our therapists utilize the movement of our specially trained therapy horses, with the assistance of equine team members, to help children with Autism, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Spina Bifida and other conditions.

What We Are Looking For:

Green Hill Therapy is seeking a dynamic, results-driven individual with a strong marketing background to manage and implement a comprehensive marketing, fundraising, and revenue plan. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in advertising, public relations, event planning, and a proven track record in driving donations, brand awareness and securing sponsorships. This is a high ownership, high accountability role for a highly motivated individual. This role will require the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing plans, promotional events, and the management of the marketing budget to ensure impactful and cost-effective initiatives. The candidate should be a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Salary is base + bonus tiers with truly unlimited earning potential.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop, identify, and implement new opportunities to increase revenue, consistently working toward achieving key metrics set by the Executive Director
• Prepare, obtain approval for, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive Marketing Plan that outlines goals, strategies for attainment, and methods for measuring success, with an emphasis on increasing revenue
• Collaborate on the preparation and approval of an annual marketing budget, ensuring accuracy in detailing income sources, promotional expenses, and advertising costs
• Establish and maintain strong, proactive relationships with all donors, fostering a spirit of unity and inclusivity between our donors and Green Hill Therapy
• Actively engage with community groups and organizations in a Public Relations capacity, positioning Green Hill Therapy as an integral part of the community; partner with local media and businesses to sponsor fundraising events
• Ensure grant applications are tracked and applied to, meeting key metrics set by the Executive Director
• Stay informed on industry trends through trade publications, newsletters, and communications
• Design and implement small and large fundraising events
• Maintain open communication with the Executive Director, regularly updating them on key events and issues affecting Green Hill
• Utilize strong sales skills to set meetings, present proposals, and generate revenue through sponsorships, media partnerships, advertising, and donors
• Stay up to date with social media trends, including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc., and manage updates on Green Hill’s social media and website

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
• Proven experience in organizing small and large fundraising events
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of marketing fundamentals and research
• Knowledge and experience in grant writing
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Excellent with PC, Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Social Media skills
• Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus
