- Manage B2B sales of heavy machinery spare parts and industrial safety products.
- Identify, approach, and convert potential clients in relevant industrial sectors.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
- Coordinate with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Visit clients regularly; two-wheeler required for field travel.
- Utilize mechanical background to explain product features and provide basic technical support.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and update CRM tools.
- Ensure excellent customer service and post-sales support.
- Maintain professionalism and represent the company effectively during client visits.
