SALES / PATIENT COORDINATOR (REMOTE OR IN-PERSON)

We are looking for someone who can:

• Build trust quickly over the phone
• Handle objections confidently
• Guide people to take action on their health
• And ultimately… convert leads into booked appointments

If you’re someone who just “answers phones” … this is not for you.

Your Role

You are the bridge between interest and action.

What You’ll Do:

• Call inbound leads within minutes of inquiry
• Follow up with past leads (warm + cold)
• Handle inbound calls when needed
• Overcome common objections (price, time, uncertainty)
• Schedule Free Discovery Visits on our calendar
• Track conversations and outcomes in our system
• Work closely with our clinical team to ensure smooth handoffs

Compensation

• Base Pay: $15–$20/hour (based on experience)
• Performance Bonus / Commission:
• Flat fee per booked & completed visits
• Additional bonuses for hitting monthly targets

(We reward performance—not just activity.)

Schedule

• Flexible (part-time or full-time options available)
• Must be available during standard business hours for calls
• Some evening follow-up may be required
