Salesperson

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their style and needs.
  • Provide product knowledge, styling advice, and upselling suggestions to enhance customer purchases.
  • Maintain store presentation and ensure displays are visually appealing and fully stocked.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner.
  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
  • Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and seasonal markdowns.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, promotions, and store policies.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail sales or customer service experience (fashion retail preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, confidence, and a professional appearance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Basic computer skills for sales processing and inventory updates.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD150.000 - BD180.000 per month
