Salesperson – Appliance Repair Store We are looking for a motivated, people-oriented Salesperson to join our appliance repair team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys helping customers find the right solutions for their appliance needs. Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in the store and over the phone Explain appliance repair services, parts, and warranty options clearly and professionally Build trust and maintain positive relationships with customers Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business Work with the service team to coordinate repair scheduling and parts orders Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment Qualifications: Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred (appliance industry experience a plus, but not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to explain services and products in a simple, customer-friendly way Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team Basic computer skills (POS systems, email, scheduling tools) High school diploma or equivalent What We Offer: Competitive base pay plus commission opportunities On-the-job training (appliance knowledge provided) Friendly team environment Opportunity for career growth in a stable, in-demand industry If you are energetic, reliable, and enjoy helping people, we’d love to hear from you!
