Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Sales Person to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and promoting our pest control, cleaning, and grease trap services. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base across commercial and residential sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, site visits, and referrals.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotations, and service contracts.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Conduct client meetings, site inspections, and service consultations.
- Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Market & Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Educate clients on the benefits and features of our services: pest control, commercial/residential cleaning, and grease trap maintenance.
- Reporting & Administration:
- Maintain accurate sales records using CRM software.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven sales experience (2+ years) in pest control, cleaning, waste management, or a related service industry.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of local health and safety regulations related to pest control, sanitation, and waste management.
- Experience in B2B sales, especially to restaurants, malls, offices, and facilities management companies.
