Quality Line Services is a well-established service provider based in Westland, Michigan. We provide trusted, high-quality solutions to a wide variety of commercial clients. We are expanding our customer base and are seeking a motivated, self-driven Sales Representative who can bring new business, build strong relationships, and help drive the next stage of our growth.

Position Overview

We are hiring a Commission-Based Sales Representative Independent Contractor to identify, engage, and close new clients for our services. This is a high-reward opportunity for an ambitious salesperson who already has a network, book of business, or the ability to independently generate leads.

This role is straight commission only, ideal for someone with strong sales drive and independence. We will provide existing internal customer lists for informational purposes, but you must bring your own leads, generate new prospects, and cultivate your own pipeline.

Compensation Structure

  • Straight Commission: 10% on the first $400,000 in gross sales generated during the fiscal year.
  • 2% Bonus Commission on all revenue exceeding $400,000 during the same fiscal year.
  • Unlimited earning potential for top performers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate your own leads and develop new customer relationships.
  • Build and manage a personal sales pipeline from first contact through contract close.
  • Follow up promptly, provide accurate information, and manage customer expectations.
  • Maintain strong communication with management and adhere to company guidelines.
  • Manage and support your newly acquired customers after onboarding.
  • Meet consistent monthly and quarterly new-business targets.

Contractual Requirements (Important)

This position operates under an Independent Contractor Agreement that includes:

Non-Solicitation / Clawback Provision

  • Sales representatives may not take or solicit Quality Line Services' customers after leaving the company.
  • Any commissions on accounts poached or redirected following termination will be forfeited and subject to clawback.

Performance Requirement / Company Protection

  • Quality Line Services retains the right to terminate the agreement if the salesperson fails to continuously bring in new business, stops performing sales activities, or otherwise fails to meet reasonable expectations of activity and production.

These protections ensure both parties maintain a fair and productive working relationship.
