We are looking for a  high-performing Sales Manager  to lead and grow our sales operations across  B2B and B2C channels . The ideal candidate brings strong academic credentials, strategic thinking, and proven leadership experience, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable sales plans and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and monitor  sales business plans and strategies  aligned with company goals.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the  sales team , ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Drive  B2B and B2C sales growth , from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to refine sales strategies.
  • Set sales targets, track KPIs, and ensure consistent achievement of objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
  • Ensure professional sales processes, reporting, and forecasting.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree  in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field ( required ).
  • Demonstrated experience in  B2B and B2C sales leadership .
  • Proven ability to  execute business plans and sales strategies , not just design them.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in  English ; Arabic is an advantage.
  • High level of professionalism, accountability, and commercial awareness.
Preferred Profile
  • Candidates with a  strong educational background  from reputable institutions.
  • Experience leading sales teams and managing high-value or strategic accounts.
  • Strategic yet hands-on leader with a results-driven mindset.
