Are you a people person who loves building relationships and being out in the field? Come join Remove It Pros, a trusted demolition company serving Southwest Florida! We’re looking for a friendly, proactive salesperson to help us expand our reach from Marco Island all the way up to Bradenton.

What You’ll Do:

  • Hit the Ground Running: This is a new position, so you’ll help shape how we do things. We’re ready to start right away, and we’re excited to have you on board.
  • Build Relationships: You’ll reach out to general contractors, construction managers, and homeowners to gather bid packages, contact info, and drop off a little something to make them smile.
  • Hunt Down Decision-Makers: You’ll identify and connect with the folks who make the calls on demolition jobs. That might mean a bit of detective work and some good old-fashioned networking.
  • Supervise Outreach: You’ll also oversee mailings and approach individual jobs and houses directly.

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Salesperson to join our dynamic sales team! Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation
  • Present and explain our services effectively, highlighting features and benefits that meet customer requirements
  • Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by providing detailed product information and recommendations.
  • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
  • Stay knowledgeable about current promotions, discounts, and new product launches to inform customers effectively
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to overall store goals
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or concerns professionally, aiming for swift resolution and positive outcomes.

Pay: $48,740.78 - $58,698.57 per year
