Salesperson (Order Booker + Recovery)

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Salesperson responsible for order booking and payment recovery from assigned routes. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to maintain positive relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit assigned shops/markets daily for order booking

Ensure timely payment collection / recovery

Maintain customer relationships and resolve complaints

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Prepare daily visit reports and route summaries

Monitor competitor activity and share market feedback

Coordinate with the sales and accounts team for smooth operations

Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years of field sales experience

Strong negotiation & communication skills

Must be self-driven, responsible, and punctual

Ability to meet targets under pressure

Must have Own bike, valid NIC, and driving license
