About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and polished Salon Assistant to support daily operations and ensure a seamless experience for our clients and stylists. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast paced beauty focused environment and is eager to grow within the industry.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of salon stations and common areas
• Prepare tools towels and products for stylists and technicians
• Support scheduling client check ins and appointment coordination
• Assist with inventory management and product restocking
• Uphold hygiene and safety standards at all times
• Provide general support to stylists nail technicians and management

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a salon or hospitality setting preferred
• Fluent in English additional languages are a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Willingness to learn and grow within the beauty industry
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
