Rivon Hair Fixing Center is a leading non-surgical hair replacement and hair fixing center dedicated to helping clients regain their confidence through professional, high-quality services. We are looking for a dedicated, friendly, and professional Female Salon Assistant / Manicure & Pedicure Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Client Services

• Perform basic manicure and pedicure services when requested by clients.
• Welcome clients warmly and ensure they have a comfortable experience.
• Offer and serve beverages such as coffee, tea, and water to clients.

Hair Fixing & Technical Assistance

• Assist stylists and hair technicians during non-surgical hair fixing procedures.
• Help with hair washing, scalp cleaning, and preparation before treatments.
• Support technicians in completing hair replacement and hair fixing processes.
• Prepare tools, materials, and workstations before and after client appointments.

Salon Operations & Hygiene

• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the center.
• Ensure treatment rooms, workstations, and common areas are clean, organized, and ready for the next client.
• Sterilize and sanitize tools and equipment according to company standards.
• Assist with laundry, towel preparation, and inventory organization when required.

General Support

• Assist with day-to-day salon operations and other duties as assigned by management.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth client flow and excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Female candidate.
• Experience in manicure and pedicure services preferred.
• Previous salon, spa, beauty center, or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Good personal hygiene and professional appearance.
• Friendly, positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
• Basic English communication skills (additional languages are a plus).
• Willingness to learn non-surgical hair fixing procedures and salon operations.
