Phi Eco Salon, located in the Urbana shopping center two blocks from the ocean, is expanding our eco-conscious collective.

We are curating 4 professional beauty providers to join our space.

Hairstylists

Braiders

Estheticians

Makeup Artists

Lash Artists

This is booth rental within a sustainability-driven salon focused on elevated, ingredient-conscious beauty.

THE SPACE:

• Prime Jacksonville Beach location (Urbana Shopping Center)
• Large open-concept salon with only 6 stations
• Stations spaced approximately 5–6 feet apart
• Free rooftop valet parking for guests and renters
• Additional public street parking
• Strong nightlife & retail foot traffic

RENTAL OPTIONS:

Full-Time Booth Rental
$550 per week

• Personal page on salon website
• SalonCycle by TerraCycle recycling program
• Blow dryer
• 10 capes
• 20 towels
• WiFi
• Complimentary tea & water service for guests
• Instagram marketing support
• Access to eco-conscious backbar (if selected)
• 10% retail commission on salon product sales

Limited Part-Time Studio Share
$300 per week

• 9am–3pm OR 3pm–9pm shift
• All amenities listed above
• Limited availability (2 split stations maximum)
• Ideal for established professionals seeking structured hours

OUR STANDARDS:

Phi Eco Salon is Northeast Florida’s most eco-conscious salon.
All renters must:

• Use sustainable, clean, and environmentally responsible products
• Maintain professional liability insurance
• Follow salon cleaning checklist
• Maintain their station daily
• No Sunday access

We are seeking professionals with established clientele and a commitment to professionalism, consistency, and community.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 3+ years licensed (preferred)
• Strong existing book of business
• Service tickets aligned with coastal market pricing
• Active Instagram or portfolio
• Values sustainability and collaboration over competition
