Salon Content Creator (Client Interaction & Video Capture)

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with every client to capture a short emotional story or testimonial.
• Ask questions that help clients open up about their experience and transformation.
• Capture raw video content using an iPhone, including:
• Before & After videos
• Mirror reveal reactions
• Emotional testimonials
• B-rolls during service
• Organize all media into properly named folders on Google Drive.
• Maintain notes about the client’s story and emotions for the editor.
• Post 2–3 daily Instagram stories from raw content (salon vibe, before-after, emotional text overlay).
• Collect and note Instagram handles of clients for tagging (when permitted).
• Shoot one deep story or trending reel weekly.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong communication skills in English (Hindi bonus).
• Confidence to approach and speak warmly with new clients.
• Ability to make clients feel relaxed, safe, and open to sharing.
• Active listening and emotional intelligence.
• iPhone shooting skills – focus, framing, lighting (editing not required).
• Self-motivated, organized, and punctual.
• Interest in real human stories and transformations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,782.80 - ₹36,070.88 per month
