Bliss Salon is seeking an experienced, energetic, and highly organized Salon Coordinator to join our growing team. We are currently hiring for both our Towaco location and our East Brunswick location, located inside The Chateau Grande Hotel.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service and hospitality to every guest
• Manage salon scheduling and appointment coordination
• Answer phones, emails, and guest inquiries professionally and promptly
• Support daily salon operations and maintain an organized front desk
• Coordinate with stylists, estheticians, massage therapists, and management to ensure seamless service flow
• Assist hotel guests with salon and spa reservations at our Chateau Grande location
• Process payments and maintain accurate client records
• Promote salon services, retail products, and special offerings
• Assist with marketing initiatives, events, and guest outreach
• Multitask efficiently while maintaining a calm, positive, and professional demeanor

Qualifications:

• Previous salon or spa experience required
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Experience with salon booking software is a plus
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Reliable transportation
