Job Description

Manage the front desk operations of a salon, greeting clients, scheduling appointments, handling payments, managing stock inventory, etc. To play a key role in creating a positive client experience.

Core Duties

  • Client Interaction:Greeting clients, offering refreshments, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Appointment Management:Scheduling appointments, managing the salon's calendar, and sending out appointment reminders.
  • Communication:Answering phones, responding to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person, and relaying information to stylists.
  • Payment Processing:Handling cash, credit card transactions, and issuing receipts.
  • Maintaining the Reception Area:Keeping the reception area clean, tidy, and organized.
  • Administrative Tasks:Assisting with filing, data entry, and maintaining client records.
  • Inventory Management:Ensuring the salon is stocked with necessary supplies and products.
  • Customer Service:Addressing client complaints and feedback, and resolving issues as needed.

Skills Required

Excellent Communication Skills:

Both verbal and written communication are essential for interacting with clients and staff. Preferred English and Arabic speaking skills

Strong Organizational Skills:

The ability to manage appointments, maintain records, and multitask effectively is crucial.

Customer Service Orientation:

A friendly and helpful demeanor is necessary for creating a positive salon experience.

Proficiency with Technology:

Basic computer skills and familiarity with salon management software are often required.

Problem-Solving Skills:

The ability to handle client inquiries, address complaints, and resolve issues effectively.

Sales Skills:

Upselling services and products to clients is a common expectation.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
