Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and versatile individual to join our team as a Millwork Designer - Shop Drawings and Renderings Specialist. In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to take ownership of the design process, from initial concept development to creating detailed shop drawings and stunning renderings. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver with a passion for design and the ability to bring ideas to life through both technical drawings and visualizations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process for salon cabinetry projects, from conceptualization to completion.
• Generate innovative design concepts and develop them into detailed shop drawings.
• Produce high-quality 2D and 3D renderings using CAD and rendering software.
• Collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and our production team to ensure designs meet specifications and deadlines.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, materials, and manufacturing techniques to inform design decisions.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field preferred but willing to train the right individual that has the skills necessary to fulfill the position.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.) and rendering software (V-Ray, Blender, etc.).
• Strong design skills with the ability to translate concepts into detailed technical drawings.
• Experience in millwork or cabinetry design is preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Benefits:

• Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. $45,000 - $80,000 based on experience.
