Salon Manager

Position Overview

The Salon Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring exceptional client service, and driving business performance. The ideal candidate must have prior salon management experience in the UAE, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in delivering results in a fast-paced, high-end environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Manage, train, and motivate salon staff (beauticians, hairdressers, receptionists, etc.).
  • Monitor and improve service quality, hygiene standards, and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle client feedback and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
  • Set performance goals and KPIs for team members and ensure targets are met.
  • Manage inventory, product ordering, and vendor relationships.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and suggest strategies for growth.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and local government guidelines.
  • Drive marketing initiatives and client retention programs in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Schedule staff shifts and manage payroll-related inputs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as a Salon Manager in the UAE.
  • In-depth knowledge of salon services, beauty industry trends, and client care standards.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic or other language skills are a plus).
  • Experience using salon management software (e.g., Fresha, Mindbody, etc.).
  • Presentable, professional appearance and grooming.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Business Management, Beauty Therapy, or a related field.
  • Background in luxury or high-end salons/spas.
  • Experience in recruiting and onboarding salon staff.
