Salon Manager

We are looking for an organized, professional, and customer-focused Salon Manager to oversee daily salon operations and ensure an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate will manage bookings, staff schedules, inventory, and client relations while maintaining a smooth and welcoming environment in the salon.

Key Responsibilities:

Salon Management:

• Supervise daily salon operations and ensure all areas are running efficiently
• Coordinate and monitor staff schedules, attendance, and performance
• Maintain salon cleanliness, organization, and professional standards
• Ensure all services meet quality, safety, and hygiene standards
• Handle stock control, ordering, and inventory of products and supplies
• Support staff in delivering excellent customer service and meeting salon goals

Reception & Customer Service:

• Greet clients warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
• Manage appointments, bookings, and walk-ins using salon software or manual systems
• Handle phone calls, messages, and client inquiries efficiently
• Manage payments, cash handling, and end-of-day reports
• Resolve client issues or complaints professionally and promptly
• Promote salon services, packages, and retail products

Administrative & Reporting:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports
• Assist in marketing and social media promotions
• Coordinate training sessions and staff meetings
• Support the salon owner in implementing business strategies and achieving targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Salon Manager, Receptionist, or Front Desk Coordinator (beauty or spa industry preferred)
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and leadership skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and friendly attitude
• Basic knowledge of salon software systems and POS operations
• Ability to manage a team and motivate staff
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
