The H Lashes is looking for a passionate and professional Salon Manager to join our growing beauty salon in Riyadh.

The ideal candidate will oversee daily salon operations, support team coordination, maintain service quality, and contribute to creating a premium client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily salon operations and workflow

* Manage staff coordination and scheduling

* Monitor inventory, supplies, and product restocking

* Support bookings and front desk operations

* Maintain high customer service and hygiene standards

* Support salon marketing and social media activities

* Coordinate with vendors and operational needs

Requirements:

* Previous salon or beauty industry experience

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Organized and detail-oriented

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Arabic & English preferred
