To maintain our luxury standards and client satisfaction, we’re seeking a professional and dynamic Salon Manager to lead our Dubai Marina branch.

Position Overview:

The Salon Manager will oversee daily salon operations, ensure exceptional client service, manage staff performance, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate must have prior experience managing a premium or luxury salon/spa, possess strong leadership skills, and have a passion for customer excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the salon to ensure smooth workflow and premium service standards.
• Supervise and motivate barbers, beauticians, receptionists, and support staff.
• Maintain the highest level of client satisfaction and handle VIP clients professionally.
• Track daily sales, appointments, and staff performance metrics.
• Manage inventory, product orders, and vendor relationships.
• Oversee cleanliness, hygiene, and safety compliance of the salon.
• Implement marketing promotions, loyalty programs, and customer retention strategies.
• Resolve client issues and complaints with professionalism and discretion.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance.
• Report business performance and improvement plans to management.

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of experience in a salon/spa management role (men’s grooming experience preferred).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven track record in client relationship management and team coordination.
• Knowledge of salon software for bookings, POS, and reporting.
• Excellent grooming standards and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Fluency in English (Arabic or other language skills are a plus).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
