MAGIO Hair Experience salons are seeking an experienced and driven Operational Manager to oversee our operations and ensure top-tier client experiences. If you have over 10 years of industry experience and a passion for leadership, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the salon/spa runs efficiently.
• Lead, mentor, and manage staff, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards and resolve any client issues.
• Manage budgets, revenue targets, and financial performance.
• Oversee inventory control and vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements.
• Collaborate on marketing initiatives to boost visibility and client acquisition.
• Maintain service quality through regular audits and staff training.
• Analyze KPIs to monitor performance and optimize operational processes.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.
• 5+ years of experience in spa or salon operations.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MOS).

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5+ years Experience in salon /hospitality Management
• Excellent Leadership, Communication & Client Relationship Skills
• Strong Knowledge of hair services, Products, Treatments & Premium salons.
• Highly Organised, Detail Oriented and calm under pressure.
• Professional Appearance aligned with luxury standards
• Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and POS
