Job Responsibilities

• Lead the setup and launch of a new salon from concept to operation.
• Develop salon business plans, operational procedures, and service standards.
• Recruit, train, and manage salon staff.
• Coordinate salon licensing, permits, suppliers, and vendor relationships.
• Procure salon equipment, products, furniture, and consumables.
• Manage daily salon operations and ensure excellent customer service.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues.
• Manage budgets, expenses, inventory, and stock control.
• Develop marketing and promotional activities to attract customers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Achieve business targets and drive overall salon growth and profitability.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in salon, beauty, spa, or hospitality management.
• Proven experience in setting up and managing salon operations.
• Strong leadership, team management, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of salon services, products, inventory, and business operations.
• Ability to recruit, train, and motivate staff.
• Strong communication, sales, and business development skills.
• GCC/UAE experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification preferred.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
