EnvyMe Hair Studio (HydePark) is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Salon Operator to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in creating an exceptional client experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, Not afraid of systems and is wanting to build a career with a company that values professionalism, teamwork, and growth.

This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, system driven, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding service to both clients and team members. While prior salon experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic, professionalism, and a desire to learn things the EnvyMe way.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must reside within 15–20 miles of Hyde Park
• Minimum 6 months of customer service, administrative, front desk, or coordinating experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Dependable, punctual, and reliable transportation required
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a busy environment
• Experience with booking systems (Booker or similar software) is a plus
• Sales experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and provide an exceptional guest experience
• Check clients in and out efficiently and accurately
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Communicate with clients via phone, text, and email
• Support retail sales and product recommendations
• Assist with inventory management
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the salon
• Track employee time and attendance as directed
• Support daily salon operations and administrative tasks
