Dew Salon is a non-toxic, holistic salon rooted in wellness, relaxation, and intentional beauty. We are seeking a warm, organized, and service-oriented Receptionist & Concierge to become an integral part of our team.

RESPONSIBILITIESClient Experience & Concierge Services

• Greet and welcome clients warmly
• Create a positive and relaxing guest experience
• Offer tea, water, and client amenities
• Answer phones, emails, and salon messages
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Process client checkout and retail purchases
• Assist clients with product recommendations and pre-booking appointments

Front Desk & Administrative Support

• Manage daily scheduling and calendar coordination
• Maintain accurate client records
• Support salon communications and promotional outreach
• Assist with email announcements and client communications
• Collaborate with stylists to ensure smooth daily operations

Retail & Inventory Management

• Receive and stock inventory
• Update inventory quantities and pricing
• Organize retail displays and shelves
• Monitor product levels and communicate inventory needs
• Maintain backbar inventory organization

(having a personal computer is a plus)Salon Environment & Operations

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Assist with laundry and towel preparation
• Support daily opening and closing procedures
• Help maintain overall salon cleanliness and presentation
• Water plants and support the peaceful atmosphere of the salon

Marketing & Community Engagement

• Assist with social media content and collaborations
• Support salon promotions and events
• Represent Dew Salon's mission and values through client interactions
