Job Description:

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors and clients in a courteous manner
• Answer and direct incoming calls
• Manage appointments and schedule meetings
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed
• Manage office supplies inventory

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus
• Proven experience as a receptionist in Beauty Salon operation or in a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Professional demeanor and appearance
