Salon Studio Opportunity – Hair Stylists & Estheticians

Second Story Salon is currently seeking experienced Hair Stylists and Estheticians to join our growing team of independent beauty professionals inside our established salon located in The Pruneyard Shopping Center.

We are a busy, growth-focused salon with strong marketing, front desk support, a loyal client base, and an established online presence. This opportunity is ideal for beauty professionals who want the freedom of running their own business while benefiting from the visibility, energy, and support of a thriving salon environment.

Compensation Options

• Fixed weekly rent option available
• OR
• 50% commission-based salon usage fee option while building clientele
• No existing clientele required.

Requirements Hair Stylists

• Valid California Cosmetology License
• Previous salon experience required
• Professional, reliable, and self-motivated
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Must provide your own tools and personal equipment
• Must carry your own liability insurance
• Must obtain and maintain a City of Campbell business license

Requiremnts for Estheticians

• Valid California Esthetician License
• Previous salon or spa experience required
• Professional, reliable, and self-motivated
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Must provide your own:
• Equipment
• Treatment tools
• Skincare products
• Must carry your own liability insurance
• Must obtain and maintain a City of Campbell business license

Retail Opportunities

Professionals may offer and sell their own retail products as part of their business, creating an additional income opportunity while customizing recommendations for their clients.

• Beauty professional keeps 90% of retail sales
• Salon retains 10%
