Salon Supervisor

We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Salon Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in salon operations and team leadership, who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high operational standards in the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day to day salon operations and ensure all stations are ready.

Supervise staff performance, attendance, grooming, and customer service.

Handle client complaints and special requests to ensure high satisfaction.

Assist with scheduling, task allocation, and floor management.

Monitor retail display, stock levels, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.

Support in training new staff and maintaining service quality.

Report daily performance, issues, and operational needs to management.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety rules, and service protocols.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in salon operations or beauty services.

Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role is essential.

Strong knowledge of salon services, customer care, and operational standards.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem solving skills.

Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).

Must be currently based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
