Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with 2–5 years of hands-on experience to design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development using Apex, Lightning, and integrations, while working closely with business and technical teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Implement Salesforce configuration including workflows, validation rules, flows, process builder, and approval processes
• Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, reports, and dashboards
• Build and enhance Lightning Experience components for optimal user experience
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
• Write efficient, reusable, and testable code following Salesforce best practices
• Perform unit testing and maintain code coverage as per Salesforce deployment requirements
• Participate in requirement analysis, technical design discussions, and solution architecture
• Support deployment activities using change sets, Salesforce DX, or CI/CD pipelines
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation
• Collaborate with administrators, business analysts, and QA teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 2–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce data model
• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components
• Good understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules)
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
• Understanding of Salesforce governor limits and performance optimization
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Exposure to Salesforce Experience Cloud (Communities)
• Knowledge of Salesforce DX, CI/CD, and deployment automation
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks and frontend development
• Basic knowledge of data migration tools and ETL processes

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,550,000.00 per year
