Abdul Hakeem Alshemmeri Holding Group W.L.L is looking for an experienced and skilled Salty Chef / Hot Kitchen Chef to join our growing culinary team.

Position: Salty Chef / Hot Kitchen Chef
Salary: BD 300 – BD 400
Joining: Immediate

Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the related field
• Strong expertise in preparing salty section items including:
• Canapés
• Sandwiches
• Mini bites
• Finger foods
• Traditional salty items
• Catering salty items
• Croissants
• Breads
• Other savory items
• Good knowledge of fillings, ingredients, and recipe preparation
• Ability to transfer knowledge and train staff on recipes and production standards
• Creative in developing new recipes and adapting trendy food concepts
• Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
• Ability to handle kitchen operations efficiently under pressure
