Sandwich Artist/Cashier/Supervisor

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sandwich Maker to join our team in a fast-paced environment. Duties

• Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to customer specifications and company recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area, adhering to sanitation and food safety standards.
• Operate POS systems such as Square for order processing and cash handling.
• Provide exceptional customer service, including upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience.
• Manage food inventory, ensuring freshness and proper storage of ingredients.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a tidy dining area as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
• Follow all health regulations and company policies regarding food handling and preparation.

Skills

• Proven experience in food preparation within a quick service or fast food restaurant setting.
• Familiarity with POS systems, preferably Aloha or Micros.
• Strong culinary skills with an emphasis on food safety and sanitation practices.
• Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Sales skills with an aptitude for upselling menu items to customers.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage positively with patrons.
