Sanitation Worker - Commercial Bakery

Full-time Positions Available: The Brownie Baker Inc. is a locally owned and operated bakery located in Fresno, CA. We are currently seeking hard working reliable team members to join our team. Previous experience in food manufacturing is a plus, but not mandatory.Flexibility is a must and you will be required to pass a drug screen.

Sanitation Hours: Various Shifts.
Successful candidates are expected to comply with the company policies and procedures and ensure areas of the operation meet Food and Safety hygiene standards.

• Administer cleaning tasks to ensure areas assigned and overall sites are kept clean, organized and presentable.
• Candidate will be required to work around production operations and staff and be able to assist in year round cleaning program.
• Ensures entire plant is clean and free of all product residue and debris.
• Cleans and sanitizes all machinery and equipment that is used in the production process.
• Ensures all necessary machinery is turned off and the building is safe, secure and ready for the next day’s production.
• Report all mechanical problems so Maintenance can make prompt repairs.
• Maintain high standards for sanitation through daily checks, and swab equipment after cleaning.
• Ensures all areas of plant inside and outside of production areas are clean and maintained on a daily basis.
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly documentation supporting the sanitation program.
