SAP ABAP Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Consultant with strong expertise in OData services and CDS Views to join our dynamic SAP team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain custom ABAP programs, reports, and interfaces.
• Design and implement OData services for SAP Fiori/UI5 applications.
• Create and optimize Core Data Services (CDS) Views for analytical and transactional scenarios.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and ensure adherence to SAP best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in ABAP programs, OData services, and CDS views.
• Support system upgrades, migrations, and performance optimization activities.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development.
• Strong expertise in OData Services (creation, consumption, debugging).
• Proficient in CDS Views design and performance tuning.
• Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA, Fiori/UI5 integration, and BOPF (optional).
• Experience with Enhancements, BADIs, User Exits, and Reports.
• Familiarity with SAP Gateway, Eclipse/ADT tools, and Transport Management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• SAP Certification in ABAP or related module is a plus.

Good to Have:

• Exposure to SAP HANA modeling and AMDP procedures.
• Experience with ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP).
