Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced SAP HR-HCM / SuccessFactors Consultant who enjoys teaching and guiding new learners. The trainer will conduct classes, share real-time project knowledge, and help students build strong practical skills in SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct online or classroom training sessions for SAP HR-HCM / SuccessFactors modules.

Prepare and deliver course materials, assignments, and case studies.

Share practical insights based on real project experience.

Guide and mentor students throughout their learning journey.

Evaluate student performance and provide helpful feedback.

Skills & Qualifications:

Good working knowledge of SAP HR-HCM and/or SuccessFactors modules.

Minimum 3 years of industry experience in SAP projects.

Prior training or mentoring experience is an added advantage.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Degree in MCA, BCA, BE, MBA (HR), or any related IT/HR field preferred.
