The role demands proficiency in managing SAC models, stories, dashboards, and WRICEF objects, while collaborating closely with Finance and Retail teams to ensure precise outputs. SAC Support & Integration • Provide L2/L3 support for SAC covering planning, reporting, and analytics functionalities • Manage SAC planning models, stories, dashboards, and integrate with SAP S/4HANA and external data sources • Support data connectivity, performance optimization, and troubleshooting for SAC applications
Requirements
Skills & Collaboration • Handle WRICEF objects related to SAC including reports, plan forms, and interfaces • Collaborate with Finance and Retail teams for accurate planning and reporting outputs • Maintain functional documentation and training materials using EnableNow • Require 6–9 years of SAP experience with at least 3 years in SAC, strong expertise in SAC Planning, Story Design, Advanced Analytics, and familiarity with SAC scripting and data actions • Knowledge of SAP Datasphere, BTP, and CALM tools is advantageous, alongside ITIL v4 or equivalent service management knowledge. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver L2/L3 support for SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) covering planning, reporting, and analytics functionalities. • Manage planning models, stories, dashboards, and integration with SAP S/4HANA and other data sources. • Support data connectivity, performance optimization, and troubleshooting for SAC applications. • Handle WRICEF objects related to SAC (reports, plan forms, interfaces). • Collaborate with Finance and Retail teams to ensure accurate planning and reporting outputs. • Participate in service enhancement requests, including new reports and planning templates. • Maintain functional documentation, user guides, and training materials using EnableNow. • 6–9 years of SAP experience with 3+ years in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). • Strong expertise in SAC Planning, Story Design, and Advanced Analytics. • Experience with SAC integration to SAP S/4HANA and external data sources. • Familiarity with SAC scripting (Advanced Formulas) and data actions. • Knowledge of SAP Datasphere, BTP, and CALM tools is a plus. • Strong analytical and visualization skills; ability to design interactive dashboards. • Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills. • ITIL v4 or equivalent service management knowledge preferred.
