Required Skills & Experience

-7+ years’ experience leading procurement technology implementations in an enterprise environment.

-Strong experience leading technical implementation/integration between SAP Ariba and other procurement platforms.

-Ability to collaborate with procurement, IT, and vendor teams to ensure seamless data flow, compliance, and scalability.

-Experience developing integration strategies using APIs, middleware, or ETL tools to connect Ariba with third-party platforms.

-Oversee system configuration, testing, and deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Strong understanding of procurement processes, including sourcing, supplier onboarding, and tail spend management.

-Exposure to agentic AI, autonomous sourcing, or intelligent procurement automation.

-Background in consulting or leading procurement digital transformation projects.

hiring a Technical Integration Lead to support procurement technology functions for a global consumer healthcare company. In this role, you’ll lead the technical implementation and integration of SAP Ariba across a complex procurement ecosystem and internal ERP systems. You’ll architect scalable solutions that align with source-to-pay workflows, ensuring seamless data exchange and process automation. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating with procurement, IT, and vendor teams to define integration requirements, configure systems, and oversee testing and deployment. You’ll troubleshoot issues, guide middleware setup (e.g., APIs, ETL tools), and ensure compliance with enterprise standards. Beyond execution, you’ll serve as a strategic advisor—driving platform adoption, optimizing tail spend processes, and supporting change management across global teams. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, procurement operations, and enterprise transformation.

Pay: ₹864,867.27 - ₹2,218,076.18 per year
