About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP BRIM SOM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Subscription Order Management (SOM) within S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on configuration skills, a deep understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, and the ability to design scalable solutions in the Telecom domain. This role involves auditing system integrator work, ensuring alignment with best practices, and delivering end-to-end SAP BRIM implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP SOM within BRIM/Hybris Billing (subscriptions, master data, pricing procedures, product modeling).
• Lead requirement gathering, blueprinting, solution design, and delivery of SAP SOM solutions.
• Audit SI work and ensure configurations align with business needs & SAP best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with internal teams and 3rd-party vendors.
• Provide Order-to-Cash process expertise, especially for Telecom business models.
• Drive solution delivery, customization, integration, and go-live support.
• Mentor junior team members and provide training/documentation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to design & implement integrated SAP solutions.
• Stay updated on industry-leading practices in SAP BRIM & SOM.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as an SAP Functional Consultant in BRIM/Hybris Billing.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SOM in S/4HANA (at least 1 E2E implementation).
• Strong knowledge of OTC processes in the Telecom domain.
• Hands-on functional configuration and design expertise.
• Experience with ABAP basics (User-Exits, BADI, enhancements, BAPIs, RFCs, Web Services).
• Solid understanding of product modeling, bundle creation, and pricing procedures.
• Experience in cross-module SAP integrations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have (Preferred Skills)

• SAP SOM & CRM certifications.
• BRF+ and Cross Catalog Mapping knowledge.
• High-tech experience in Provider Orders, Contracts, Charging, Invoicing & Mediation.
• Knowledge of Telco-specific business processes (Revenue Sharing, Shared Allowances, Master Agreements).
• Exposure to SAP Activate methodology (Gap analysis, Fit-to-standard workshops).
• Cloud/Integration experience with external apps (e.g., E-commerce).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 per year
