BNC has been mandated to recruit an SAP Business Analyst – Procurement & Process Improvement for one of our reputed consulting clients based at Noida (Sector 63). This is an on-site role, and immediate joiners are preferred.

Location: Noida – Sector 63 (Client Location)

Budget: Up to ₹7 LPA

Joining: Immediate

Employment Type: Contract / On-roll (as applicable)

Qualification:

• MBA with 1-2 years of experience in SAP Business Procurement Analyst.
• Fluent in English (German language is desirable)
• Experience in Purchasing and/or Finance with good IT understanding
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC 6.0 and/or SAP S/4 HANA (MM Module) – desirable
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Expertise in cost-benefit analysis
• Ability to create reports and dashboards
• Customer-oriented mindset with willingness to collaborate in project management environments

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Continuously enhance SAP procurement transactions and processes to improve efficiency
• Test new approval workflows in SAP and related system connections (e.g., RFC)
• Gather, validate, and document procurement requirements
• Identify risks, issues, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions
• Ensure data hygiene in SAP systems by analyzing gaps, reporting issues, and supporting regional teams
• Monitor implementation of new developments and conduct continuous training for key users across countries
• Prepare user manuals and process documentation
