What Does the SAP Business Analyst Team Member Do at Farplas?

• Analyze user requirements and design suitable solutions within SAP FI-CO modules,
• Work closely with business units to understand and document end-to-end financial processes,
• Perform configuration and minor customizations in SAP FI-CO based on business needs,
• Provide second-level support for SAP FI-CO related issues and manage resolution processes,
• Prepare test scenarios, conduct testing activities, and support user acceptance testing (UAT),
• Take an active role in SAP and digital transformation projects, and change management processes,
• Organize and deliver key user and end-user training sessions when needed,
• Ensure proper integration and consistency of financial and controlling processes within SAP and other systems,
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, finance, and controlling departments to ensure alignment of SAP solutions with business goals.

What Are the Requirements for a SAP Business Analyst Team Member at Farplas?

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field,
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a SAP FI-CO Business Analyst/FI-CO Consultan
• Previous experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred,
• Hands-on experience in SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) modules including configuration, process analysis, and testing,
• Ability to analyze business requirements and provide appropriate SAP-based solutions,
• Knowledge of change request management and implementation processes within SAP,
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools and financial reporting processes,
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills,
• A good team player with a proactive approach,
• Fluency in English is preferred.
