SAP Business ByDesign Consultant

We are looking for a skilled SAP Business ByDesign Consultant / Developer to implement, customize, and support

The ideal candidate will have strong functional and technical expertise in SAP ByDesign, with hands-on experience in implementation, integrations, and business process optimization.

Key ResponsibilitiesImplementation & Configuration

• Lead and support end-to-end SAP ByDesign implementations
• Configure core modules:
• Finance (FI)
• Supply Chain Management (SCM)
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Project Management
• Gather business requirements and translate into system configurations

Customization & Development

• Develop custom solutions using:
• SAP Cloud Applications Studio (SDK)
• Business Objects (BO)
• UI Designer
• Create custom fields, reports, and workflows
• Extend standard functionalities based on client requirements

Integration & APIs

• Design and implement integrations using:
• Web Services (SOAP / REST APIs)
• Middleware tools
• Integrate SAP ByDesign with:
• Third-party systems (eCommerce, CRM, external apps)
• Legacy systems

Reporting & Analytics

• Develop custom reports and dashboards
• Work with:
• Data sources
• KPIs
• Business analytics tools
• Support decision-making with real-time data insights

Support & Optimization

• Provide post-implementation support
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance
• Ensure system stability, scalability, and security

Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills

• Hands-on experience with:
• SAP Business ByDesign
• SAP Cloud Applications Studio (SDK)
• ABSL scripting language
• Experience with:
• Web services (SOAP / REST)
• Integration frameworks

Functional Expertise

• Strong knowledge of:
• Finance & Accounting
• Procurement & Supply Chain
• Sales & CRM
• Project-based ERP workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP ByDesign Certification
• Experience with:
• SAP Cloud Platform (BTP)
• Middleware tools (e.g., SAP CPI)
• Exposure to multi-country / multi-currency implementations

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and client interaction skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality delivery

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in SAP Business ByDesign
• Proven track record of successful ERP implementations
