Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant with strong expertise in Order Management, particularly in Order and Contract Management (OCM), to support and enhance our SAP S/4HANA environment. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of EDI integrations, Advanced ATP (aATP), Product Allocation, and Listing/Exclusion processes to ensure smooth order fulfillment and supply chain execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Order Management (OCM) solutions within S/4HANA.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional SAP solutions.
• Configure and support Advanced ATP (aATP) including backorder processing, product allocation, and alternative-based confirmation.
• Manage and optimize EDI integrations for seamless order and delivery data exchange between partners and systems.
• Implement and maintain Listing/Exclusion functionality to control product availability across channels and customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to order processing, ATP checks, and allocation.
• Work with cross-functional teams including logistics, supply chain, and sales to ensure smooth end-to-end order management.
• Support system testing, user training, and go-live activities for enhancements and new implementations.
• Provide ongoing system support, performance tuning, and continuous improvement recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of SAP functional experience with focus on SD/Order Management.
• Strong expertise in SAP OCM (Order & Contract Management) within S/4HANA.
• Hands-on experience with Advanced ATP (aATP) – product allocation, backorder processing, and substitution.
• Proven experience with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) setup and troubleshooting.
• Experience in Listing/Exclusion and Product Allocation configuration and management.
• Strong understanding of order-to-cash (OTC) processes and integration with MM, PP, and FI modules.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and global environment.

Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 15 per week
