SAP Consultant – Retail & Healthcare

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant who will act as a key interface between clients and the development team. The consultant will be responsible for understanding and analyzing client requirements, translating business needs into clear functional and technical directions, and guiding the team toward effective and scalable SAP solutions.

This role requires strong solution design and advisory capabilities, the ability to oversee requirement implementation, and close collaboration with both business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery. The consultant will not be focused on routine production support, but rather on requirement analysis, solution architecture, and delivery oversight.

Key Responsibilities

Engage directly with clients to gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements

Act as the primary bridge between clients and SAP development teams

Design and recommend scalable, best-practice SAP solutions

Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs

Guide and mentor the development team to ensure correct interpretation of requirements

Review proposed solutions and implementations to ensure alignment with client expectations

Support UAT, validate delivered functionality, and assist with client sign-off

Proactively identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities in proposed solutions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
